CEDAR COURT

Cedar Court

Cedar Court was originally a Tudor property built in Colchester. It was deconstructed during the beginning of the 20th century and transported by horse and cart, rebuilt in its current setting, and finally completed in 1913.

Following World War 2, it was purchased by the Catholic Church and was used as a language school until our client purchased it to restore it to its former glory as a family home.

The works were of such an outstanding standard that we were awarded the “Master Builder of the Year” award for the best refurbishment project.
