Here at JBS, we have partnered with several landowners to carry out joint-venture property development projects, helping them to maximise on their land value. 

Joint-venture has several advantages and can increase the project's profitability as a whole, lowering risk for the landowner and creating an alignment of interests between the land owner and developer to mutual benefit.

We can also provide valuable expertise from our experience and knowledge in this field as well as providing reliable contractors and utilising our finance and technology resources.

JBS project manage the entire process from start to finish, including gaining planning permission, the legal, finance, build, marketing and sale of the new properties.
